S20 FE 5G automatically turns on to vibrate mode to sound mode

My phone has getting turnd on vibrate mode even on screen showing it on sound mode.

I have facing this issue a month ago and till it continues. I have turns sound mode on so that I can hear ringtone when call comes but it turns automatically on vibrate mode.

This is so irritating.
