This happens because a third-party app finds it and uninstall it.

I had the same problem with my Samsung A33 5G for the last couple of weeks - with my wife and others complaining that I am not picking up incoming calls.  On checking the setting, I found that the ringtone volume slider had moved to its minimum - no idea how !! I usually keep the vibrate on ring also "ON" - and that also was off.
I had a software update from Samsung recently - and I suspect that these settings got changed or reset at that time - something one does not expect to happen.
Update should not normally change any of our personal settings - Samsung needs to check this out !!!
