S10e Lock Screen problem

Hello!

S10e, Android 9.
Pressing Power Button should bring me a Lock Screen but instead it brings me a black screen and I have to double-tap to bring  Lock Screen (and then swipe to open).

How to fix it? Black screen I expect only for Display Time Out...

Update latest 2.5 based on A10. See if the problem exists
