display issue

 I m using s20 plus On the top of the display when i watching videos sometime show a line and flick display on the top of display and its present since the 1st time i useing this phone in 20 days before suddenly my phone was off and its not opening i go to samsung care they change my display and some parts i told the engineer my previous prblem  i face with the flick issue bt now i face the same isue dear samsung i m useing samsung phone since 2010 but never face that kind of issue please i m loseing my trust with samsung
