Samsung S20 FE network issue

I bought unlocked Samsung S20 FE in the month of November  from bestbuy. 

I am facing difficulty in getting connected to network from day one. This issue was not there with my previous mobile. I am making use of Lyca sim. 

When mobile connect to home wifi, it is not receiving any calls or messages to the device after few minuets. After I disconnect and reconnect to wifi then mobile is able to receive signals from service provider. At that time device is able to receive the calls. But after sometime the it is not receiving the calls or messages.

 

Please help with this. I really got frustrated with this device.
