Hello samsung team,
I am from india and currently i am using samsung s20 plus 5g which i can bring from Kuwait which is an 5g mobile but i am not getting proper 5g single for my mobile when i get an software update after updating software it shows 5g single for 2 to 3 days lateron it shows only 4g signel.so, kindly i am requesting samsung team to provide proper software update for 5g at the same time also expecting android 13 standred version also.

We acknowledge your query and apologies for the same. Samsung is working overseas to release Software Updates on all eligible devices. Most of the 5G devices will get a Software Update to Enable 5G Services soon as updated in our Media communications too. Please stay tunes for the update.

Now 5g working or not?
