Galaxy SHi.
Since One UI 6, the material you dynamic colors wont work. Even If we changed a wallpaper and select a different color, most of the Material3 apps such as google apps doesn't respect the Material You color. It just uses a blue default color. Its really annoying. So after some investigation, the above said apps uses the latest Material Library. If we use the "com.google.android.material:material:1.10.0" version, this doesn't happen. So I have event created an issue on there too. The developers of Material Library said the issue was with Samsung. So after number of reports submitted I am submitting this again as the issue still exists.
So after more investigation, some guys on Reddit found a workaround. Enabling developer options and then settings contrast to medium and then back again to standard fixes the issue. I have tested this my self on One UI 6.1. So the issue should be on you end. Please fix it. Its very annoying.

So please look it to it. This was an issue since December. Its been more than 5 months and still we are suffering from this.
