Regarding samsung S24 mobile is not working on 5G

I bought samsung S24 from USA and I live presently in India. I use jio and airtel both sim but My phone doesn't work on 5g network. It is running only on 4G network. Please anyone help me.

First you unlock your device from carrier

My device is unlock. I visited to samsung service center but they said we can't help you because your device is oversized(imported from USA) and I visited to jio service center but no help

NR78,77 is mostly deployed by airtel & Jio
NR28 is deployed in some regions by jio
