Galaxy S
Hi Samsung Team,
I need urgent help regarding my Galaxy S23, which I purchased less than 2 years ago. The phone was working perfectly until I installed the latest official software update two days ago. Sometime after the update, the device stopped working and would not power on.
I took it to an authorized Samsung service center, and they said it has a PBA (mainboard) issue and battery drain issue, and quoted around ₹25,000 for repair.
This issue clearly started after the official software update and not due to any damage, water exposure, or misuse from my side. It seems like a firmware-related failure that should be covered under warranty or a goodwill repair.
I have been a loyal Samsung user, and it’s really disappointing to see such a problem occur with a flagship model like the S23.
I kindly request Samsung to review this case and help with a free or goodwill repair since the issue arose from an official update.
Thank you
Arpit Agarwal

Please Downgrade your phone software to Android 14 UI6, I am feeling good now after Downgrade. I was experiencing a lot of problems after updating the phone for the past two days. You can watch some YouTube videos on how to downgrade. Hope it helps.
