Regarding samsung S24 mobile is not working on 5G

I bought samsung S24 from USA and I live presently in India. I use jio and airtel both sim but My phone doesn't work on 5g network. It is running only on 4G network. Please anyone help me.

I contact to samsung helpline but they said we don't help you because your device is oversize (imported from USA).
