My smartphone is almost damaged by the June security patch update and I purchased my mobile € 480 in Indian currency it was Rs.43000. And smartphone manufacturing parts i.e., build quality isn't fine for my purchased high end smartphone. Please fix my mobile ASAP and it was entirely samsung's branded fault.

I am writing and addressing my smartphone green lines issue On each and every platform like twitter but you guys are just ignoring user after purchasing and the samsung is biggest failure in resolving my issue.

Go and check once again on twitter @samsungindia. I posted my display green lines issue yesterday but no reply from your end.

I purchased this high end Samsung galaxy S21 FE 5g smartphone in June 2022. One of my siblings purchased this Samsung brand high end smartphone for me in June 2022 in Germany, by just trusting in international brand like Samsung, he purchased it for me. ( And I am an user of Samsung brand mobile since 2015) .

And as Samsung brand is also aware that, after security patch updates screen are turning to faulty screen like green line issues. Here in my mobile case/ issue after June 2nd 2024 security patch update immediately my screen/ display turned to faulty/ abnormal screen when compared to normal screen.

On June 5th when I was reading an article in my mobile, my display just formed a green line. And I neither dropped my mobile on floor/any hard surface nor in water till then. But unfortunately after the update I witnessed this only faulty screen i.e., very dim screen and green line issue after 3 days of the update which is very annoying.

And the warranty still exists in June 2024. And when I visited authorized samsung service center for fixing my mobile in June itself , after inspection the service center staff said they should replace the screen, as my samsung mobile was purchased from overseas, and also they said that I should pay $ 160 inclusive of of all taxes, and for the spare display replacement the staff said that they couldn't provide any warranty for it.

Even if I afford $160 for the spare part screen display replacement and the samsung service centers are unsure that the problem will get resolved or not and no user will risk for such a bit huge amount of spare parts replacement, if the samsung brand alone itself was unsure of their own products.

Here I want to know from samsung brand that, For any updates experimentation on high end mobiles from samsung , if user confront any kind of these bug issues, Here what I want to mention is " bug issues are international and the same green line issues are also the same globally for the same brand itself".

And I contacted to samsung support on whatsapp also within the June month itself and brought this green line issue to samsung teams attention/ notice. They said to follow few steps and I did that too and also the final step I was done with factory reset even though the problem still existed and after factory reset again I updated all the security updates. And the problem is still persisting and there were formation of around 8 to 9 vertical green lines on my display in month of July up to this August 1st week which is very annoying till now.

For your own convenience samsung brand business is operating globally for individual countries just to make it more easy for mostly to samsung brand itself. And at the same time user also will get benefitted. But when an user faces these kind of major issues with high end expensive mobiles and after with software updates and samsung deny to do service for whatever the experimentation done and on doing/going with updates on the users and ultimately the users are facing the loss and getting into trouble.

Samsung service center team said to me that we couldn't replace the display/ screen for free of cost, as it was solely samsung brand responsibility to fix any software errors/ bug issues if an user faces any kind of this major bug issues with display, battery, kits etc., samsung brand should hold accountable for this type of issues and must and should resolve this types of errors globally for free of cost.

AND I awaited for more than two months of time and visited samsung service center two times within the warranty period they said the same that will cost around $ 160. And I contacted samsung support two times on the same via whatsapp for any resolution, but my problem didn't get resolved. And whatsapp support team member suggested me to open a job sheet at samsung service center to escalate these issue to higher authority before applying for job sheet I need confirmation from samsungindia that whatever these two to three issues I am facing with this high end expensive smartphone "the spare parts replacement should be done for free of cost". I need assurance from samsungindia that if the problem repeats even after replacement of the spare parts they should extend further assistance for that replaced spare parts.

And awaited within these two months period from samsung brand that if they fix these green line error issue on display by releasing one more update from their end which is less cost effective and samsung brand even didn't do that too and as the samsung service team initial and ultimate alternative/ solution for this issue is display replacement for free of cost to a user who got into trouble like me for solely samsung manufacturing end defects.

And my smartphone is facing one more problem in which the glue got peeled out from back panel a few weeks ago and Samsung isn't serious about build/ manufacturing quality of high end manufacturing smartphones. And samsung brand releasing these high end smartphones with expensive rates into the market without atleast better built quality. And currently I am troubling with two to three issues from this high end smartphone and as said by samsung service center staff they should replace my display and also battery for free of cost along with necessary kit in which it must and should contain glue.

And I hope samsungindia will provide me with quick resolution for free replacement of screen and battery, as its a matter of trust on samsung brand itself and their services internationally. And at the end of the day an user will see and trust the global brand which are operating internationally, but not the country itself.

If samsungindia failed to provide any resolution to the user for its own brand mistakes globally, for free of cost to the user, we couldn't trust samsung brand and won't recommend samsung brand to near and dear ones.' Please samsungindia my sincere request to you is ""don't find any other ways /excuses in resolving/ fixing my mobile by saying that to users like me, that it wasn't in your list of policies that it is unserviceable for free of cost"".

And I hope samsungindia will give me an instant resolution for my display issue as I visited samsungindia authorized service mobile center within the warranty period but they failed to replace my faulty screen for free of cost.

FYI, here I want mention one more point to samsung brand that, " samsung brand itself release the "same" security patch/ OS updates / whatever the upcoming future updates in common globally to most of the countries one by one, and within the warranty period of time samsung brand is failing to fix these spare parts replacement for users globally in which these issues are causing just because of samsung mobile updates to certain series like "S".

As nowadays Smartphones have become an essential part of our everyday lives as it is connecting globally by many means of communication via voice and video calls, payments etc., And when it comes to services from global brands like samsung we as a user are expecting to fix software bug issues which are in common globally and should do services for free of cost. And in which these bug issues aren't from user end in which services for the user shouldn't alter according to their residing country and screen replacement/ any other spare parts should be done for free of cost globally.

For applying a job sheet at samsung service center, how many days should I leave / submit my phone at the service center??

What's the process /steps samsung service center follow when I visit the service center for applying a job sheet?
