Poor battery on s21 ultra

Hi guys i am getting only 3.5 hrs screen on time on my s21 ultra.

Phone is set on fhd with 120 hz.

Feeling so so frustrated with this battery.

Is it natural or a complaint.

I think your battery is having some issue you may need to check it up at their store

I have given it in samsung servuce center.They told they wil check and give a solution.

I went and tbey said ita normal.and 3.5 hrs of screen on time is ok.This will be my last samsung phone for sure.Apple's reliablity and battery is unmatched.

Utilize the warranty. Take it to service center. If its more than an year old then 🙄

Its only 2 weeks.
But they will say battery is fine for sure.

Check your Device diagnostic to understand what application is hogging the battery. 100% sure that phone cannot give you just 3.5hrs screen time. Give the phone is Service Center, let them analyse and solve your issue. You've paid for the phone and its 1yr warranty.

They just ignore or else they have to give new phone before 15 days.

2.37hrs sot and my battery is at 27%

And dont assume they'll say battery is fine. You can always ask the analytics data to understand what they say is what it is. They'll take care of the phone.

I went gave the phone.amd they said the same thing what i told.it may b bcz of your usage.😀 Yes 3.5 hrs of usags is huge.This will be my last samsung phone.
