Photos disappear after July update

My files with my photos are gone. My files disappeared with my photos that I transferred from my old phone and that after the July update I did not find any photo file transferred from my old phone only existing photos taken with my new phone galaxy S24 Ultra

I'm facing the same issue! My photos keep disappearing from Gallery. It doesn't matter whether they're taken by my phone, sent to me, or downloaded.

Please follow the following troubleshooting steps, which might help to solve the issue:

Turn on Show hidden system files:
search and navigate to (My Files) app
(My files > More Options (three vertical dots) > Settings > show hidden system files switch)

Check the trash in My Files and Gallery:
My Files: My Files app > scroll down and tap on the Recycle bin > touch and hold the missing file > Restore all.
Gallery: Gallery app > Menu (the three lines) > Recycle bin > Touch and hold on the image, or select the images you want > Restore

Check synced files:
(Launch Samsung Cloud app > Press on Gallery > Choose Microsoft one drive if not yet synced and look for the missing images).

Restore the Gallery files backup data:
Samsung Cloud app > Restore Data > Restore > Done

All this I did, but I did not find them until I entered files I did not find the names of files in the memory Aslan settled everything I mentioned and searched the phone completely I did not find them all this because of the July update.
