One UI 7 Slow download

After waiting all these days and it's now taking time to download the update. What's happening?? Can we safely install the update?

Mine paused in 86% i tried many times it still not connected

Even I tried switching the networks. It didn't work initially and then I kept the phone Idle for a few mins and it went from 88 to 91 in 30mins

Same issue it got downloaded to 86% in no time then from there to 89% it took 45 mins now stuck there
