Dear Samsung Support,

I am writing this email out of sheer frustration and disappointment. I have been trying to download the One UI 7 update on my Samsung device since 3:45 PM today. It is now well past 7:30 PM, and the update is still crawling at a pathetic speed despite my internet connection being stable and running at 150 Mbps.

This kind of experience is not just disappointing – it’s infuriating. Samsung is a global tech brand, and if you cannot ensure basic update delivery without wasting hours of a customer’s time, then it speaks volumes about the lack of efficiency and care in your systems.

Every update from Samsung lately feels like a gamble – whether it's bugs, poor optimization, or now this absurdly slow download. If this is the standard you plan to maintain, then let me make it clear: this is the last Samsung device I will ever purchase.

I expect a proper explanation for this issue, not a templated excuse. Fix your servers, fix your priorities, and most importantly, fix your attitude toward customer experience – before you lose more loyal customers.

Server overload. Keep your phone charged and some more patience. Once the load eases the download will be quick.

● Please take note of the following important instructions before proceeding with any software updates on your devices:
1. Ensure that you have a stable Wi-Fi connection on your mobile device. Downloading via a mobile network may result in additional charges.
2. Check that you have enough storage space available on your device to accommodate the updates.
3. Make sure your device has sufficient battery life for the update process (above 50%).
4. Kindly restart the device.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file.
