One UI 6 issue with recent app screen

After one ui 6 update on my galaxy s23 the recent app screen is working weirdly. 

When touching the recent app screen (not on the app) instead of navigating to home the recent app is getting launched again.

This won't happen if the latest used app is closed from recent app screen.

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
