Galaxy SAdditionally, in cases of multiple boxes, the apps have built-in features to read the OTP. Not all apps support this.
In conclusion, OTP with multiple boxes unfortunately has to be typed.

Galaxy SWe recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps to resolve this problem:
1. Restart your device
2. Clear cache and data for the messaging app
3. Check autofill settings Go to Settings > General Management > Language & Input > Autofill service.
4. Update your device software.
5. Reset app preferences Go to Settings > Apps > Menu (three dots) > Reset app preferences.
