After receiving OneUI 5 based Android 13, whenever a new notification is received and an attempt to remove it from the panel via a swipe to remove, the notification just hides from the panel and the place where it was positioned, there it becomes a blank space void. To completely remove the notification, I have to click on the CLEAR button.
