Network slowness issue

I am a Samsung customer of last 10 Years. Now, I am using Samsung Galaxy S24FE model. I am facing so many issues in my current phone from purchased time. Network connectivity issue, Phone unwanted hanging issue and mainly facing slow internet connection.

I already have tried all the possible ways, but issue is still there. I did reset my phone, changed SIM, Try different SIM & software update. After visited service center & they performed software update twice from 2 different service centers but issue still persists.

My colleague has also using same mobile with same network provider he is getting 220Mbps of speed meanwhile I am getting 38Mbps that to in 5G Mode. 

Samsung team, kindly check & do the needful. If it is manufacture defect, please replace my phone as soon possible. Awaiting for response.

Do a factory reset before taking that step kindly take a backup

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as a error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix it by Samsung team soon. I have already connected with them & they take remote & performed some diagnostics & unable to resolve the issue

Later I went to 2 different service centers & they were updating software but unable to fix the issues & unable to give me ticket number.

Issue not yet fixed. I have submitted my device. They check with their sim & tell that we haven't observated any issue with device but still issue persists.
