My camera photos clicked disappear from my Samsung S22 Ultra Gallery App!

Hi,

I have just purchased a new Samsung S22 Ultra. 

When I click new photos on my camera, it shows in the Gallery for 1 day and then disappears from Gallery altogether!

Is there a solution to this?! I can see these same missing camera snaps in Google Photos, however. However, there are no photos visible in Gallery ( when I have got huge 256 GB internal storage) and this is really frustrating!

Kindly request help !
