My Dual whatsapp is not working properly

After the update to OneUI 3.1 my dual whatsapp having the following issues.

1. I cant attach the photos taken from the whatsapp camera. ( It showing " The file format is not supported").

2. PDF files received can't able to open. ( I tried different pdf viewer available in play store but same result )

3. The photos received is not showing in gallery ( I can't able to find it in file manager also) 
4. I can't mark, draw lines, add smilies on the picture attachment.

Please make some solution of it in next update.

this is exactly true and its happening with my phone also. I tried to delete the WhatsApp and reinstalled it but still the problem remains.
But this problem is only with Whatsapp so cant understand that is it a WhatsApp issue or phone software issue.
Please check from you side .......

I am using two WhatsApp accounts in my phone, but i am facing this issue only in my dual whatsapp.

Hi,

The issue caused in Dual WhatsApp as recently WhatsApp upgraded its version and it changed the file path where all media files are to be saved.

Due to this change, Dual Messenger didn't sync media saved at new path and so this is causing problem.

Samsung is trying to solve the problem quickly by contacting WhatsApp team.

it's been a month and we still can't retrieve or view or send our files. All my files disappeared without any warning.

Why is it taking too much time to solve this issue by number one smart phone selling company in the world.
Even Chinese smart phone brands are able to solving their customer issues on time.

I contacted local Samsung customer care they claim it is WhatsApp problem and they cannot provide customers with a solution currently, I contacted WhatsApp customer center via email they were disappointed in their response and did not give clear answer for my question apart from " we are provide limited backup to dual messenger "!
