I was using my phone while charging and it restarted automatically, and the battery percentage went 45 something to 38. When it happened i was connecting ear buds (galaxy buds 3pro) to my device ,and the pop up window came for connecting, then i clicked on connect the loading started so i clicked outside the window to minimize the connecting window ,and at that instance the phone went off and restarted... I've ran diagnosis and all but nothing found. Please help me

Change the charging cable, problem may solve. If possible, also charger too.

I've heard that battery drains fast if we've done that automatic phone setup ( i don't know the exact word for that, like the apps on our previous handset and its data is directly sync with our new device, which in fact i have given the option for that), not an expert opinion but ive heard it
