My problem with my phone s10+

This is the report I am trying to send from the phone which is suffering. I am sending this from my mom's z fold 3 but the problem is occurring on my s10+ phone. Recently I am suffering battery drainage and phone heating tremendously. And pop comes too much. The pop up in the 2nd picture keeps showing after my recent software update and my screen in my s10+ phone was set in dark mode. The screen after the software update was kinda dark looking and then after I turned off the dark mode the screen went normal looking but this pop up never stopped even when I am typing this report the pop up comes. I also restarted my phone still it comes but less than before, before it was too much. And recently my phone heats up a lot and the charge goes less faster. And it's the 2nd time the phone updated since night. And it's saying that it will take another update. The update takes up too much charge. I switched off my phone and I am charging it. Why doesn't the pop up go? Why the software update is happening so many times? Before the update the mobile was hanged for 10 minutes straight and the screen was frozen and it restarted automatically. And after this I decided updating my phone.
