I got most top two devices from Samsung, s23ultra and t7 shield SSD both are made by Samsung.
I don't know how many error and useless notification I got because I couldn't count it 😆
I was expecting that this two top most device will make my will make my work easy I thought SSD will have backup option and it will automatically or manually backup my all photos vids docs etc because this SSD is top model from Samsung because this model fully supported Android phones.
When I connected this both device I got two notification, storage device is added , and one useless notification that charging device is connected, I don't know what it's charging about while connecting a storage device with phone 😆, then I went to file manager there I got a text file for Android, mac , windows, I opened Android, there I got a link to download and install Samsung SSD app for Android. I clicked the link and it lead me to play store on browser not on play store app , on browser I will have to enter my Google password that would have been easy if it lead me to play store app. No problem at all but when after entering password I installed app , I opened app it said no Samsung SSD is connected, I reconnected SSD now I start getting lot of notifications saying you removed SSD please restart ur phone, I restarted the phone and opened app again and connect SSD , app says no Samsung SSD is connected 😆 , now I opened play Store and search for Samsung t7 SSD , now I came to know that the link in text file had led me to wrong app , coz the app it made me to install was made for model Samsung t3 and t5 not for t7 😆 , now I installed app for t7 , I opened it and it detected t7 SSD , thank God but when ever I opened that app , Android OS thinks I disconnected SSD from phone and it starts sending notification please restart ur phone u have unmounted storage device I was actually tired of this notification I restarted phone again but still when I open that app I get notification plz restart ur phone 😆 . I started ignoring lot of ringing of alot notifications and keep attention to file transfer, now app says to protect SSD with password I started that feature and now it scold me if I forget password there's no chance to recover it and all my data will be lost 😆 , I closed that feature thinking I don't want to protect my SSD I wil protect it in my beg 😆 but now it stated screaming start password protection, I was tired of it and I stated password protection just to keep it quiet 🤫 not to protect my SSD 😆. During all this there r lot of notifications r present in notification bar . Now I came to know that the app especially made for Samsung SSD has only one feature that's it can start and stop password protection nothing else , no backup features no file managing features nothing else wow means I have to keep one more app just to start and stop password protection feature on SSD . Now I restarted my phone to start a fresh connection of SSD, now when I open app it's not responding 😆 , restart app , now I got a box to enter password for SSD , as I clicked in box to open keyboard, keyboard opens til I touch in the box , as I remove finger the keyboard also close I tried it many times but I couldn't enter password coz keyboard don't keep open , after alot try I could enter password thank God 😆 , app not responding is just obvious 😆 . I even noticed once I got error in app n I couldn't enter password I jus closed app without entering password and I just opened file manager and I could get all files I had transferred on SSD 😆 without password 😳😳😳 . But I couldn't do it only once , after that I couldn't get files without password but entering password it gets lot of effort coz keyboard not keep open lol . finally I turned off password protection and removed the app and started using SSD only with file manager, now how I use top brand SSD with top brand mobile model just without any protection and ignoring lot of notifications. No backup no features, just transfer file what u want manually.
What I got best feature is it's file transferng speed is really really excellent. I transferred 19 GB in 22 seconds 👍👍👍.
If this article is read by Samsung team just give update to show unnecessary notification and give backup option and improve stability of app yaar 🙏🙏🙏
