Manufacturing defects S22 Ultra back cover

I am using S22 Ultra 512gb model. I ordered it on the launch day along with back cover from Samsung website. I am using it with back cover. 

When I removed back cover to clean the phone, I was surprised to see that there are sm

Multiple bends with loss of colour

all bends at back side of the phone. The area which is just above the cameras has bent in at multiple places. The color is also damaged where back cover bends.

As a premium phone, i am using it very carefully. My phone was never dropped down. 

After looking at the bends, I am sure that these are due to manufacturing issues with hardware. Generally phones get damaged after fall from the height, and one can easily differentiate between defects and damage. 

I am sure that Samsung will help me with the best possible solution for this issue.

These marks show that some excessive pressure has been applied on the portion
A case can't cause such marks

It's always a good idea to take video & pictures of the unboxing of ur device when you receive it.

This looks like a manufacturer defect as you showed ur case n all. Don't think it happened by sitting on it etc. Do you have any unboxing type pics n vids?🤔
