Galaxy SI’m thrilled to share that the green line issue on my Galaxy S22+ has been resolved, and I received a free screen replacement from Samsung Bangladesh. Here’s a brief overview of my experience:

2. Persistent Communication: After initial responses stating no offers were available, I kept following up via email, phone, and even escalated the matter by requesting clarity on policy differences between Bangladesh and other regions.

4. Waiting Period: Although it took about 50 days for the part to arrive, the support team kept me updated, and finally, I got the service I was hoping for.
