Manufacturer defect on S22 Ultra

Hi All,

There is a back-cover gap on my S22 ultra near camera module. Though the phone has passed the water resistance test that gap is clearly evident.
I gave the phone at 3 different samsung authorized service centers and none of them were able to fix the issue.
I have been chasing customer care, service centers and VOC team from last two months and there is no proper response and resolution.
I wrote an email to servicehead.in@samsung.com and less than 24hours I got a reply stating that I will get a response and it is being 
two week no one contacted me. I'm not sure whom to reach and where to reach to get the issue fixed.

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to put it here, im desperately looking for a permenant fix for a Samsung's flagship phone.

I also have same issue with my a52 and every bloody plastic backs phone have issue. I already give my phone to service centre 5 times they didn't even rectify it. And now i recently go to the local shop they said that its a quality problem of samsung its issue with 3mm sticker. They said that they will replace with another sticker 5mm and also glue it down will rectify the issue

I contact every customer care and talk with the supervisor also but they are not providing proper support. Now somany issues with battery also i plan to give tweet. Mentioning the issue please everybody gather for the same we have to raise this issue

I have same issue. Sometime this gap increases. Yesterday i visited to service centre n today im again noticing the same gap again.back panel is coming out a little from one side.i need to visit again to glued it

Yes but my problem is my phone is under warranty. Thats why i visit to their service centre

Okey... My warranty is expired when you go next time in service centre you make a scene and tell them this is a quality ossue of samsung and give these photos of ours also. And mention them about the 3 mm sticker quality.
