Manufacturing defects S22 Ultra back cover

I am using S22 Ultra 512gb model. I ordered it on the launch day along with back cover from Samsung website. I am using it with back cover. 

When I removed back cover to clean the phone, I was surprised to see that there are sm

Multiple bends with loss of colour

all bends at back side of the phone. The area which is just above the cameras has bent in at multiple places. The color is also damaged where back cover bends.

As a premium phone, i am using it very carefully. My phone was never dropped down. 

After looking at the bends, I am sure that these are due to manufacturing issues with hardware. Generally phones get damaged after fall from the height, and one can easily differentiate between defects and damage. 

I am sure that Samsung will help me with the best possible solution for this issue.

I am also surprised to see that. I am using Samsung Note series from Note 1.

Yes. If you are spending Rs. 1.20 lakh for a mobile phone, one should understand how carefully that phone is getting handled.

Poor quality. Not Worth even for 20K. I think BBk group produce good quality phones

Bends like these are unlikely to be caused by a case. They don't look like drop damage. They look like some excess force got applied, like sitting on the phone while in the back pocket or sitting on it by mistake when kept on a hard surface.

With back cover on, how can phones back side get bends. And why not other parts of the phone are bent. After using many Note series devices it is really surprising to see these things..

The scuff marks looks like the phone got pressed against something with a pattern. Does the back cover has any design like that in the inside?

Nb: I don't think the service center will help you. They most probably will say that this is a physical damage caused by the customer.

No. I am using the back cover which was purchased with the phone on Samsung website. There should not be any issues with back cover. But phones generally don't get such kind of bends that too on backside.
