Hey! I have the same problem. I got S23 Ultra from US and it is not working with Jio 5G. I am curious how to fix it, as I am only getting LTE on my phone. I tried talking to Service Center and they were not at all helpful.
Even I had the same issue activating with Jio true 5G on my samsung galaxy s23 mobile purchased from US and using it in India.
I had to reach reach samsung service center to get it flashed and get reload with latest updates. Later, I used my jio Sim on one of my 5G mobile purchased in India and got my Sim activated with theJio welcome offer and got my jio Sim activated with true5G and soon after receiving with message my jio Sim was active with 5G network. Later removed the Sim and used it on my samsung galaxy s23 purchased overseas. Now my mobile has successfully works with Jio 5G.
Hi Wanted to know , what did you flash ? Was it with the Indian variant rom ? Or same US Variant ? As I also have purchased from HK and facing the similar JIO 5G issue However the AIRTEL network works just fine .
