I have purchased the S24 Ultra (TRA UAE version) and I am using it India since July 2024. Since yesterday I was getting warning of moisture in charging port. I today went to the service centre and they asked me to replace the charging port which will cost me around 2600rs. Since I am under 1 year International warranty shouldn't it be done free of cost. Is there any way of raising this issue to the concerned authorities?
(There was no exposure of the device to water)

Warranty can only be claimed in the country of purchase in your case it will only be fixed in UAE

It means your device is eligible for warranty claim in which every part of the world u use it but it can be fixed only in the country of purchase
Only apple gives international warranty claim

It's only apple who give international warranty, but samsung didn't. It's an issue where indian users are complaining for long
