Galaxy S
Hi everyone,
I'm facing a green line issue on my Galaxy S23, which I purchased abroad. The line appeared after a software update and got worse after doing Samsung's suggested troubleshooting steps — now a purple line has also appeared.
Samsung support has denied free service citing “international model” and “out of warranty.”
I’d like to know:
Has anyone with an international (non-Indian) S Series device received a free screen replacement for this green line issue in India?
Would really appreciate if you could share your experience. It would help many of us facing the same problem.
Thanks in advance!

International device are never accepted for repair in India's Samsung Authorise Service Center. And green line is hardware issue. So better get the display replaced either by visiting the country from where you bought your device or from local shop.As Samsung won't accept international device for repair
