I am getting skt 5g x when i rebbot my phone and the s/n is not same

I am getting shown samsung then samsung galaxy secured by knox and then its shows skt 5g x, even the display is slightly blurry even it is in WQHD+ and i got this korean model from a store from India btw the serial number is also not same everything else matches and cant connect to 5g also please help !!

SKT is South Korean Telecom. The device is carrier locked by SKT and is meant to be used with a SKT SIM card in Korea. Why would you buy a Korean model if you're planning to use it in India?

what will be the issues one will face if he is using SKT carrier locked phone in INDIA or any other country?
