S24 ultra moisture detected alert glitch

Does anyone else experience the "moisture detected" alert on the Galaxy S24 Ultra when trying to charge it while it's switched off?

My phone charges fine when it's powered on, but as soon as I turn it off and plug it in, the alert pops up. Then, when I try turning it back on, it still shows the "moisture detected" warning. I have to wait for a while before I can charge it properly again.

I haven't exposed my phone to any liquids. And it is completely dry.
