How to check first time switch on mobile

Can you please help me on this issue, i want to check which date my samsung phone is on and what was the date?

I want to check everything about my phone like apple, how many times my samsung phone charging and all.

If You Want iPhone-Level Logs (like charging count/date)

Samsung doesn't track that in the system by default. You'll need to use apps like AccuBattery or GSam Battery Monitor from the start to record that.
