Hello i didn't get any update on samsung galaxy s23 ultra i bought this before 1 month ago when i bought this its runing One os verison 5.1 but still i didn't get any update .before i have a samsung M12 i transfer my whole data from this mobile m12 is working on os version 5.1 maybe I'm not sure that's why i didn't get update i take a samsung support lot of time but they can't fix my problem help me friends .
All S23 series phones are on One UI 6.1. Also, if you bought a new phone it should have come with atleast One UI 6 out of the box. Is it a new phone or used one?
It's a new one. i check every where its not a **bleep** phone either. But i checked this phone manufacturer in Switzerland 🇨🇭 .and maybe my old phone is older. That's why i get the same os as my old phone ?
Samsung do not manufacture phones in Switzerland. I'd suggest you take it to Samsung's service centre, they'll be able to check and verify the legitimacy of the device.
