My samsung galaxy S21 fe 5g phone is 2 years old with no physical damage. I got a green line issue today with recent update. I got to know that the screen replacement time was over by September 30th. It is not fair for them to say the same to people who got it after the time period. I kindly request samsung to replace my screen free of cost

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

1 st visit service center n ask.them abt disply.. if they refuse to replace free of cost then u hv only 2 solution. 1) use at is.. 2) sell mobile on cashify app n take new phn..

I purchased Samsung Galaxy s21 FE 5G from Reliance Digital in July 2022 and my phone is completely in new condition, but on 4th October 2024 one update came and I did the update and since yesterday ie 5th Oct 2024 green is started showing on the screen of my phone. Neither my mobile was fallen nor any physical damage is there then why this problem is occurring. It's a fraud and scam. Samsung is looting us. Why not file a case in consumer forum. Why I pay extra rs13000 for screen replacement when I did not do any physical damage to my phone. After paying such hefty amount and this kind of problems are occurring.
