Green line issue on galaxy s23 after software update

Recently on updation i got a green line on my samsung s23 since its out of warranty authorised service centers and claiming cannot be replaced free of cost 
Is there anyone facing same issue 
What to do ?

Told that not eligible for free replacement

Then report the issue with Samsung in twitter, facebook and hope that they issue free screen replacement for your device model if not already issued.

Contacted samsung support but they told to activate smart tutor is that safe

Smart Tutor is Samsung's app to check the whereabouts of your phone technically. It is safe. Always save your work before accepting technical verification from the service center.

My s22 mobile display got Green line on 1st of Jan after software update out of warranty after repeated request samsung changed my mobile display free of cost samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement open my galaxy app send email to Samsung care + you will get positive reply first you must get job card from Samsung service center

So for that purpose how can u say to pay for the display
