Green line issue on Samsung Galaxy S22

Recently reported green line issue on Samsung Galaxy S22 5G device after a software update. 

Phone was not dropped and has no signs of physical damage.

The nearby service centre denied free screen replacement stating that the model isn't eligible for the same.

Absolutely disappointed and dissatisfied form the quality of service samsung offers to thier costumers.

It's a new way of collecting money from customers, it's a new way of doing business. Samsung company released Green Line through its software.

It's all about amoled display...

Draw back of amoled is screen burning.

Always take a break between phone usage.

So follow Samsung guide lines to get max from device.

Every electronic device has working criteria like max min temperature 🌡️.

I'm very frustrated right now. I think a basic phone must satisfy our basic needs without any limitations or drawbacks, given that we pay a premium price we also expect premium quality.

So, kindly stop backing of Samsung company and be an aware costomer. Your company doesn't care. I've put these in the most polite way possible.

Beyond the limits = destroy.

I played a game till the charger melted down..

Then battery 🔋 also blasts after few time.

Beyond the limits is currently not possible, but may be in future.

I don't game, neither i do anything very excessive.

All I use my phone is for daily social media, keeping my calanders, photos, news, college, work etc.

I thought Galaxy S phones are actually capable of doing beyond these.

But Samsung made it to be a diSapointment

Big Brand = Big Mistakes.

For S series they can replace display Free.

Just goto service center..

For other series we have to pay for damage, but Samsung doesn't accept their fault, choose OnePlus or vovo for best service for any manufacturing or software defect problems, they accept their fault willingly.

I am also facing the same issue. They are asking 15K for me. We have to pay this much even it's not our fault. But they provide free replacement for the older version S21+. Samsung fooled us (S22+ buyers). Shame on you Samsung. Better to switch over some other company's mobile phone. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!IMG-20241027-WA0010_1000072088_1730001895.jpg
