Galaxy SHi, sad to hear that. Have you contacted the Samsung service center to address the issue? If they keep denying please take this issue to social media like ( X, insta etc.). I have also faced issue for my S23 device which is not even there in their free screen replacement policy, but with the help of X post, they contacted me for free replacement. Be very sure that the phone doesn't have any bend, dent, scratch on the display or any water damage.
