"@Samsung @SamsungSupport @SamsungGulf I’m deeply disappointed with the way my #SamsungS22 issue is being handled. After an auto-update, my phone screen developed a Green Line, a problem I didn’t cause. When I contacted Samsung Customer Care in Dubai, I was told the display would only be replaced under Samsung Care warranty. But how is this my responsibility when the issue clearly came from your software update? I didn’t request the update; it was automatic. This problem is entirely Samsung's fault, not mine. I expect a fair solution for a defect caused by your update, not excuses about warranties. Please address this issue globally—this is unacceptable. #GreenLineIssue #SamsungUpdateProblem #SamsungSupportNeeded" --- This tags Samsung and conveys your concerns clearly.

It's a known issue and Samsung India is doing a one time screen replacement free of charge.

Now I'm facing the same issue and when I approached the Samsung Customer Service centre, they asked me to pay for the screen replacement, and they are saying my device has scratches and drop marks. They are finding excuses to reject the issue occured after update provided by them.
How did you managed this issue? or how are you gonna deal with this?
You are not the only one in this, so am I.

I'm going to file a complaint on Consumer Protection Authority, if everyone does the same, Samsung will wake up.

Hi, facing same issue with my S22 Ultra,
i have submited my phone to Service center and paid AED 50 to create a ticket.
and i have escalated multiple time with Samsung Support and at the end i got a call from Samsung Team and said they dont have any quality issues in thier phones, this repair charges will be paid by customer. i explained them about Samsung India which is providing free screen replacement for S22 Ultra phone for out of warranty device. they said its their internal policy.
it means these sold devices have major flaw in display and Samsung Gulf are not ready to accept the issue.

@narh : i suggest , report the issue along with Ticket number to Dubai Consumer .https://consumerrights.ae/en/pages/consumer-complaint.aspx i have already submitted the complaint. if we all do it together. we can get this done through Dubai Consumer help.
