Hi everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience with my Samsung S22 Plus in case others have faced the same issue. After installing the latest software update, a green line appeared on my screen immediately after restarting the device. I did some research and discovered that this is a common problem many Samsung users have reported. I contacted customer service, and they directed me to visit a service center. After their inspection, I was told the screen needs to be replaced at a cost of 550 AED! Here’s my concern: why should customers have to pay for an issue caused by Samsung’s software update? This problem has been reported by many users for years, yet no steps seem to have been taken to resolve it.
