Galaxy entertainer on s10

I cannot find the galaxy entertainer on my s10 members app as it was on the s9. Have things changed on the s10? Is the benefit of the galaxy entertainer not available to UAE users anymore?

If it is, how may I get it?

if you have official s10 plus then u will get entertainer but if you have purchased without local warranty then no chance
