Frame drops on the S24 Ultra

My S24 Ultra has a little glitch while pulling down the notification panel to access the quick toggles. This is a 1 sec stutter/ frame drop issue but experiencing this on a flagship is really not cool.
Anyone else getting this problem?
I thought this would get fixed with an update but then it didn't work still. I believe this can be fixed with an update but don't know when Samsung will address this issue.

Samsung is not complete without these lags, bugs and glitches..
There is a reason why some chinese brands and apple are best.
