Fingerprint senson stopped working

Since the recent update on my s20 fe 5g the fingerprint sensor suddenly stopped working and after countless restarts still no luck.

It says fingerprint sensor not responding, please try again later and in settings it says fingerprint sensor not working and if this keeps happening, restart your phone.

If someone is unable to mobilize themselves due to medical reasons. Is there any alternate way to get it fixed at doorstep.

I dont think samsung offers any doorstep service that too for a smartphone.
