S21 FE Sudden problem with on screen fingerprint scanner

Hi everybody, 

This is Venkatesan from Chennai.

All of a sudden 2 days back my on screen fingerprint scanner has stopped working. I was getting message that the fingerprint scanner needs calibration and I was advisted to go to service centre. I went to a Samsung authorised service centre in Chennai Anna Nagar. First day tried it for about half an hour and they said it may require up to 2 hours and ask me to leave the phone. I also did so. But unfortunately even after that the problem could not be diagnose and set right. In between I tried to factory reset the phone twice but nothing happened. The service centre persons then told me that some hardware problem might be there and their wanted to keep the phone for own full day. Since my NTR digital life was depending on my phone so far I could not do so. 

Have anybody faced such a problem and if so what did you do? Can you please share your experience?

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Facing same issue after the recent one ui 7 upgrade, getting error that fingerprint sensor data is corrupted, unable to reset new finger prints also. Samsung team should look into this at priority, software upgrade broke the fingerprint sensor.
