Finger print not working my galaxy s23

I got new galaxy s23 but finger print sensor not working, I tried to add many times to register finger but not working.

Are you using screen protector with your phone
Sometimes fingerprint doesn't work with screen protector

Please change screen protector

In case of screen protector used , delete previous fingerprint and again add new.
Also go to settings > touch sensitivity > turn on.
Hope this will solve.

I can't able to add new finger print as well

Then remove screen guard and again apply with a good quality screen guard. After that try adding fingerprint.

Samsung s series flagship model have Ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. Only the ultrasonic temperd glass will be compatible with tha like i'm using s23 with temperd glass nd never faced any such issue.

To hard to find fingerprint compatible glass online cz everyone claims but you'll not get also you can't return.
