S22 ultra- Dont have a samsung logo on back

I have bought a Samsung s22 ultra. What I found is, there is no Samsung long at back side. Is this some serious or should I ignore this?

That's wired, the indian S22 Ultra has a Samsung logo on the back. It should be in lower side. I'm in a serious doubt if it is a genuine one.

I have checked, the device is new one, and the device statis is "official" not custom. Hence its not a used device
