Thanks to Samsung India, at last they understood the display problem (Green/Pink/White lines on screen display) is a hardware issue and started replacing the display units free of cost under certain conditions. 

The issue appeared on my phone soon after the warranty period was over last year. They refused then and wanted me to pay nearly INR 16,000/-. The waiting paid now as I got the free replacement from the Samsung Service centre JP Communications, Chennai.

Service Policy for Line on Display Defect in Galaxy S20
1. It is decided to consider this issue for only a one-time FOC replacement of OCTA assembly along with the Battery and rework Kit in the above-said model until 30th Sep 2023.
2. This policy is applicable only for the phones purchased within 3 years from the date of purchase.
The final confirmation only be done by the service center after the physical inspection of the device.

Hi ,

Having same green vertical line issue but now sometimes its showing white and sometime green switch color from green - white -green itself.

does not know what happening & samsung service center reject my FOC as i have done a after market service for backcover.

Same thing happening on my s20 ultra first it was green after a week turned white now its pink

My device crossed 3yrs and month after that line appeared service center were not even taking it to inspect after arguing with call support for 3-4 day now they have taken it and inspected with no physical or liquid damage now just waiting for getting approval

Hi, did you get the screen replaced? I got denied saying that its over 3 years. Itll be really helpful if you can give me the response from samsung as reference

No reply for more than 2 months tried to call but not available or the assistant say we will arrange call in a day but that day didnt arrive never in 2 months i have lost faith and trust both in samsung @cs_member8
