Facing Green Line issues after Software update..

I am very disappointed that using a flagship phone is becoming disaster for me because I am facing green line issue on my galaxy s21 ultra after the software update,  recently I visit the service centre but they not helped me in fixing issue.  While the company many others company is giving free replacement or giving the amount of the phone back to users but I am facing problems,  so therefore I request the Samsung company to fix my issues ..

Green lines issues comes because of Display burning issue. While downloading software remove the case and remove the charger pin. After downloading it when phone starts updating, put it in refregerator. It's cooling will save your phone against display burning issue. I always do the same while updating My all samsung phones. Never got any kind of issue after update. Now change the display of your phone and next time while updating phone do the same as i said.

Hello Members_63551zW bro . Please file your complaint in the National Consumer helpline portal bro . I am 100% confirmed that Samsung India will not replace your Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G Display free of cost bro . I already know which are the green line issue Samsung Devices bro 😊 🙏 🇮🇳 .

I am facing green line issue on mobile after software update. I visited to service center, they told we don't have any guidelines to change display free of cost...and it will be chargeable basis...but they also told to contact customer service and if they approve and confirm then it will be replaced free of cost...now when I approached customer care online they straight away said we don't have any guidelines about note20 ultra 5g display so we can't help you..but you can visit service center they have authority to change your display after inspection of the handset.
I don't understand how Samsung repair service works on its premium mobile phone subscribers..they are just playing around the word Authority but no one is providing solution how to resolve the issue which is created by their software update. Plz help me in 2 things
1. Whom should be held responsible for getting green line on display when handset is damage free, nothing have happened to handset
2. Who has AUTHORITY to give permission to do the needful. Is that service center or customer care.
Plz help or the green line on display will increase and I will end up choosing another mobile company
