Is Samsung Going to Fix the Green Line and Display Issues on the S22 Ultra?Many of us S22 Ultra users are facing the same frustrating problem after updating to One UI 8 with Android 16 — the dreaded green line appearing on our screens. This is not just a small glitch; it’s a software-triggered defect that severely impacts the flagship experience we paid for. Some users also report white bars, color fading, and flickering lines, which sometimes force us to downgrade the display refresh rate just to keep using the phone.Samsung has paused the update rollout and acknowledged these issues, but as of now, there’s no clear timeline for a fix. Meanwhile, repair costs for screen replacements are extremely high—even if the problem started right after a Samsung-issued update. Many of us are feeling ignored, with warranty claims being denied because devices are over 3 years old or categorized as out-of-warranty, despite this being a software-induced problem.We deserve brand accountability. Samsung, will you provide a proper fix soon or expect loyal customers to keep paying thousands for repairs caused by your updates? Please give us an official update on when the green line and display issues will be fully resolved.

It is just a minor issue in small number of devices
It will be a big concern if it starts in lower Range devices and ScAMSUNG is already providing free screen replacement for FLAGSHIP devices

Thanks buddy i got my screen replaced once due to bug in last update, am worried to update again as am not sure they will replace the screen again

Same i updated my s21 fe today and after 3 hour i got white line in my display

Same, I got mine right after updating my S21 FE. Now service center is refusing to replace the screen citing some minute dent at the back of the mobile and saying that device is damaged

You have to go everyday and annoy them then they will i suppose or otherwise they are not gonna replace it

I face similar problem bro, but i keep insisting them constantly, try posting on their social media handles, tag them, i did the same and after repeated efforts got my screen replaced
